Bought because it was simple and small. What a mistake -- started getting speaker hum after 2 months and just past 90 days no sound. Had the same trouble as other review for CD playing - skipping, etc(wish I had read the reviews before purchasing). Kept it because I was going to use it for my MP3 player playback. The company warranties the product for defective parts for 1 year per table on warranty, but when you call and after spending 30 minutes on hold the outsourced telephone representative tells you that it only has a 90 day warranty because there are no replacable parts.Do not waste your money on this product. There is no warranty and the company uses defective, low quality parts that will not last.
I do not have this Coby product in particular, but I guess all of them are the same. I bought not even 1 year ago one Coby stereo (I do not remember which one it is in particular) but it has been the worst stereo I have ever had in my entire life. I will not buy from Coby any more stuff. that is for sure.
Not at all impressed. Had to return it as it wasn't a complete set. Seemed like wouldn't have lasted very long anyways so was glad to return it.
it has excellent sound quality and its space saving qualities are a wonderful asset as well. This stereo system was purchased for my 12 year old step daughter as a birthday present. it is perfect for her and we are considering purchasing another(in black) for our kitchen as an additional system for ourselves. I would highly recommend this system for a young person or an adult equally as much. A great value and happy customers.
I purchased this for my daughter for christmas and she loves it. Nice sound quality. She also loves the look.
